Refund Policy

Isologex Corp is pleased to offer a 7-day no questions asked return policy on all unopened Isophit products purchased through PayBright. 

Provided the purchase products remain unopened and undamaged, Isologex Corp will issue a full refund once the returned product has been received and inspected by our warehouse staff to ensure product quality. 

All returned products must first be arranged with our customer service department before shipping by emailing brad@isophit.com.  Use the following subject title in the request for a return email. "Isophit PayBright Purchase Return." when scheduling the product return. 

Please Note: Return shipping is not included in the original purchase price of the product and must be paid for by the purchaser to qualify for a full refund.
